Looks no body help him, he said he got hacked on his account and the hacker was using the account for several hours

If you want to try and help him. He needs to contact the EA TOS department.

From there he needs to keep an eye on his emails spam folder and make sure he does not miss communication from EA. If the appeal is denied just file a second. He needs to be patient as well, the appeals process can be slow.

@Elamami3440 The guy makes a claim hundreds have claimed who've all gotten roughly the same response as him.

Saying that he's never gonna play an EA game doesn't help either... We know he will tho xD. Not saying it's fair cause it's not, but it is what it is.

@Elamami3440 They might still be looking into it or have not made a decision. Even if they have he can continue to appeal it.

Yeah it's a bummer he's lost his account. If his account was hacked or something, well it's the players responsibility to keep the account secure. Strong passwords and two-factor authentication can go a long way towards protecting an account.
