every time I log on it says I don't have an easy account, but I do because I logged into it.

@dragon7962193 Welcome to the forum. There is not much we can do here aside from send you to the right location. I wish I could do more, but I'm just a volunteer and don't have access to the information. Here is a link to an article on account recovery..
