Yes, they have created it, and now the whole internet can judge the quality of their work.
Every game, that is created costs money to make them. That's how the business works, you spend money to make money.
"Furthermore, if you think that 60 euros for a AAA game that brings at least you 60+ hours of fun is to much you should simply not buy the game. (And also not go to a cinema = 10 euros for two hours, I could find a few examples more.)
This games are not overpriced, some folks just don't see what it means to make them."
Yeah, fun, IF it is fun, IF the game works, IF the game has content.
I do not say, that all AAA games should be less than 60$ in price. More like only real AAA-game is worthy of 60$ price tag.
Now, lets take apart some examples, shall we?
Starting from the something simple:
Witcher 3: 40$ + 20$ + 10$ (core game + addon #1 + addon #2) = 70$. (I personally own collectors edition on top of that), So I spent roughly around 150$ for the game, which gives me 100+ or so hours of gameplay and still feel that I owe the developer money.
Next is:
DOOM: 60$ I won't go into MP, since I was not interested in it. The core game delivered what it was destined to do. Old school, brutal, fast shooter. Money well spent I say. (12 hours on the record and I do not regret it). The game was quite polished at the launch as far as I remember.
For the middle ground:
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided: 60$ + 12$ + 12$ (core game + SP addon #1 + SP addon #2) = 84$. Though I consider the story addons with the size of DLC as a cancer, it is no a point of discussion. The core game, while gameplay wise was "fine", its story length and the amount of content was less than of its predecessor. I managed to finish it in around 35 hours, and I did every single side mission and instestigation. This is action-rpg, not the shooter, let me remind you.
Going lower:
Mafia 3: 60$. For the amount of repetitiveness, that the game requires you to do, that surely calls for a bit of lower price, don't you agree? While the main theme is being that of vengeance, the variety of how Lincoln does it, is kinda disappointing.
Approaching the bottom:
For honor: 60$. 12 heroes, 12 maps, low variety. Season pass for the same amount of money, giving you practically nothing (6 new heroes for the week before the rest, some privilege it is). I will speak nothing of lags, disconnections, since it is ubisoft, that was to be expected.
Battefront: 40$ + 60$ (appx. prices, due to not having access to US version or origin). That includes base game + "Premium Pass", which add maps and other stuff. You know, for the game that requires you to pay around 100$ to access all of its intended content (since it is multiplayer game), I would say the price is over the top. Selling addons higher than core game? That sounds like some content was intentionally cut in order to make people buy the passes.
I would address Rainbow Six: Siege to be of the same nature, though its situation is way worse. 60$ at launch + 200$+ for all content.
For the bottom:
No man sky. 60$. I highly doubt there is any sane person who find the game, whose whole variety of content can be encountered and fulfilled in some hours, to be worthy.
Well, it might not be AAA game, since it doesn't come from famous studio, does not have the backing of strong publisher, but its price surely makes it be seen as one.
The whole point of all of it is to say that sometimes developers do not live up to the amount of money they ask for their games. Can you honestly say the all those games I mentioned are justified in asking the said money at their launch. If you do, you are an idealist.
On a side note, the cinema here costs 5$ or so, and I do rarely go to the cinema, since most of the current movies are worthless.
"For the bugs, you will never see a bug free game at lunch, simply not possible, to many different hard and software configurations out there.
It is true that some games should be better optimized, but here we are at the cost again, because optimizing games also cost lots of money, and it seems that 60€ are already to much... "
Completely bug-free, no. But there is a limit of tolerance.
When you pay full price at launch and cannot enter the game because the server is overloaded, that's *.
When the game renders you skulls instead of faces, that's *.
And people walks like crabs, that's funny, but still * in the end.
So you say, the games should not be optimized? Or that every game should cost 60$?
In that case, release them console-only, there is only 5 configs (including scorpio, pro, and for some - switch). That's ideal, no?
The issue is that some devs just to sh*tty job at optimizing, that's all.
I guess we have to close our discussion, since it is getting heavily off-topic

So fare pretty good work, except a few facial animations if you ask me, but I don't judge finally until I played the whole game.

True, I said everything that needed to be said from my point of view anyway.

As you yourself state, truly, this is not ideal. I, for example, live in a country that I do not know the native language of. Were I to buy the game here (since I have no way of traveling) it would basically make the game unplayable for me.
Locking a single language and making your players go around a legally approved system that is made to serve them, is surely something only someone would suggest, who is not interested in the support of their players.
Since developers go a long way in making games as well as they can, is it not the sole purpose of the distributor, to make them as accessible?
I believe that this matter should be considered as something of utmost impotence - as I am sure a publisher would want to avoid a situation of localized discrimination towards the use of languages within a given region.
I hope, for the sake of many players out there, that someone will actually start looking into this, as I can see this becoming a much bigger problem in years to come.

It just shows how they treat markets they deem less important.
Lack of respect for what they probably consider 3rd world countries anyway. If anything, such an insult probably should have resulted in a boycot of their products. And if their sales are hurt somewhat, they probably don't even connect that with their actions. Just chalk it up as the poor regions anyway.
Well. I've been trying to stay positive about it, but I don't have a good day and it certainly seems no one cares, besides the community itself.

The worst part of this whole issue is exactly that: no one cares.
I did my best trying to "stir the flame" so to speak. I posted on social media, wrote to some of the more prominent gaming news sites. I really tried to make people see this issue for what it is - a serious problem for not so small part of the fanbase. But when I'm told to shut up and be grateful for AAA game with atrocious translation forced upon me, when I'm told I have to pay for someone else's transgressions, when I'm just plain ignored... what else can I do? Yes, I cancelled my pre-order, that was the only way to protest for me, but again: no one is going to care. Certainly not EA.
And all I wanted was to be able to play the game the way it was intended to be played, and enjoy it fully. Guess it was too much to ask for.
I'm done.

Why not just merge the Polish and the International version?
The price difference is like 3-5€, so please...
As many have said before, listening to English dialogues and then answering in Polish is really immersion-breaking.
The idea of region locking the language is really bad - most games on Steam don't have restrictions like that. Moreover, what about all the people who live in a country they don't know the language? I've worked in a company in Warsaw where almost half of the office was from abroad.
March 2017
Agreed with Satteg. I would grudgingly shell out a few euros more if it meant getting the international version directly through Origin. I guess at this point I'll do anything to not have to twist myself into a pretzel to play the game properly.
So if lower price really is the problem here, make two versions of the game available for Polish/Russian Origin accounts - a cheaper one with Polish/Russian text for those who don't know English, and more expensive one with full English.
Or make the English version of menus/texts available for download at extra cost to even out the price with the global version of the game. Just give us a frigging CHOICE, that's all we want.
No extra cost for EA to do any of these, and everyone would be happy. Simple as that.

Physical copies and deals with distributors. Different distributors sell the game in different parts of the world. That's the result of the deal.
But I agree, If they merged the versions and just give everyone the choice to play in any language it would be the better deal.
In Poland the price difference would be unnoticable, but I guess that would not pass in Russia.
Prices there are completely different as far as I know?
March 2017
MEA is about $20 cheaper in Russia, so English UI and subtitles make up one third of the game, apparently.

@EA_David Hello and thank you for the information.
To be perfectly honest I can not refrain myself from sounding absolutely pissed off and I do apologize for that. I get that people who live in Russia and Poland are language locked. But what about Kazakhstan. The only language option is Russian. And do you automatically assume that everyone here speaks Russian? This is disgusting! What are people like me supposed to do who were unfortunate enough to come here for work. I do not speak Russian to the point where I can play a game. And even if I did why would I want to play second grade product. How can one even play the game in 2 languages it is as absurd as it sounds. And the cherry on top of this cake is that amazon doesn't ship here. So my question to you EA, how do I get a boxed edition to this place? The only local retailer doesn't even know what language the game will be in or when it will be available in the store. We live in globalized world and this language policy is unacceptable. And what is the problem with offering people like me an option to purchase an international version of the game even at higher prices than local? Or do I have to wait till October to get back to UK and get the damn game.
I'm very upset and offended about this situation.
