Nintendo switch problems

Youngtree giving reports that his friends on switch are not getting win badge and win tracker not counting for Pathfinder. Every second match or so. What should they do? No video on switch, just screenshots. Have photo of win and then tracker afterward, but no real proof of error.

@OldTreeCreeper Sometimes it takes a bit of time for those trackers to update.

@hayhor thanks I'll pass it on. The problem only seems to have started after today's update to the switch.
