Ah. Can I check your profile is set up to make purchases on that Switch? Are you able to buy things normally from the e-shop?

Also can I check your region? Does your account region match your actual location?

Hi there, there's a few ways to get coins, but they're fairly intuitive. Are you trying to get them and running into issues? 

If so, please give us details and we'll try to figure out what's going wrong.

The APEX'S shop could not be show under Switch version. Thus, no way to buy coins.

Are you saying the shop doesn't appear in-game? Do you have an image of what appears?

Testing myself just now I was able to click the coin options in-game and was redirected to buy the coins from the eshop.

Thanks, yup the region I set which not match the eshop. Now fixed. Thanks
