Need for speed heat studio app

Hi everyone

Just wondering what are the device requirements for the app as I own a mate 10 Pro and it says that its not working for my device could anyone help out.

the app says there are supposed to be a new car container coming out today but it has not unlocked yet?    Is it supposed to unlock automatically.
