Need For Speed No Limits, Increase amount of CASH, GOLD & REP you earn

Just wanted to ask, is there any way that you guys can improve the amount of cash & gold that you earn? And also can you guys also try and add a way to earn REP in the Underground Rival Races? Because there is people like me that cant work to be able to buy GOLD or CASH in the game. And because of that it is impossible to buy (Blueprints or Parts) or even try to buy packs at the store that you can purchase with gold. Can you please fix that problem?
