NFS unbound

My nfs unbound gives me an error every time I try to connect online that says “you need to be signed into your ea account to access the internet.” I’ve tried reinstalling the game, running as an administrator and I even upgraded to ea play pro but nothing has worked. Please help if anyone has had this problem and how you fixed it if you did.

@teapttv I've reset password 2 times, made a new account, etc. etc. Pretty convinced this site, account, and team are just dogwater.
