It's Christmas time and I got the feeling to play some Need For Speed again.
I have NFS The RUN on my origin account, I downloaded it, everything went smooth until i actually wanted to play the game.
I click on the play button... nothing happens then the same origin screen appeares again (as if the play button was never pushed)
I spent all my day reading previous forums, nothing worked so far
Tried to launc origin as administrator, disabled origin's in-game layout, redownloaded the game and the origin client again (after hard clearing it out from my computer)
I have Win10
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
NVIDIA RTX 2060

Hey @annoyoturtle can you grab me a DxDiag so that I can take a look at your system: https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

Hey @annoyoturtle would you be able to re-run the DxDiag in English?

Hey @annoyoturtle I'm seeing a number of issues there so the best thing to do is go ahead and run System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-o...
Let us know how you get on.

I followed all the steps that the Microsoft website told me and documented the results:
(between the 2 images I restarted my computer as ordered)
Sidenote: Simoultaneously with the repair, I logged into my Origin account from an other computer and downloaded NFS The RUN to that laptop of mine, where I faced the same issue.
