I have twice now raced against an opponent and came in second but have had the exact same time as them. I think that instead of I or them coming in second place that there needs to be a draw and the race needs to be restarted for free. Otherwise I don't understand how I finish the race in 2nd when I've got the exact time as they got. Please respond with something as soon as possible. Thank you.
