Hi, First I'd like to say that I have access to both EA Accounts and I simply need to migrate my xbox account to the latter of the two (one that my steam is linked to) But I go to settings on the older account and theres no option to unlink it. Im pretty pissed because I canceled my Sub for EAPlay on steam and rebought gamepass ultimate yet I download the new EA Beta and BAM super old account.. Ive tried multiple times to connect to the Ea support thru the portal which you'll probably link in the replys... Its simply continuing to load in the other monitor while I type this.
I'd love to get this handled asap. thx

My issue is that there is no "Unlink" Button... I just want my "New" EA account to have my Xbox account on it since its also the "Origin, Steam and PSN" EA account

none of this helped.
I dealt with this nightmare last year, and now it's back AGAIN.
two accounts - one I never use and was meant for playstation.
one for Xbox which WAS connected after screwing with EA for weeks.
then it disconnected.
EA's back-end infrastructure is absolute utter trash.
