My case says fixed but my account remains disabled

I don’t even know where to start, I came home to a email the other day saying My account has been disabled and I have no clue why, I haven’t done a thing wrong while playing the game. Now I’ve never met the worse customer service until now, I opened a case several days ago and it’s only now says fixed under it but my account is still disabled, I’ve sent numerous emails, made tweets, Instagram dm’s but still haven’t had a answer from anyone.

Hey @codyguay8221 for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
