My apex account has been banned for no reason

 I'm sure there are many people who love and like apex games. I'm such a player who likes this game. I basically play games from season 3 to season 12. For such an old player, I don't understand why my account was banned by EA company for no reason. I saw many partners in the same situation as me on the forum, some of whom were banned for no reason or hackers, But what can we players do? It's to communicate with the customer service and wait for the email of TOS company, but what's the answer from TOS? Yes, I have confirmed my cheating. My account has invested much effort and love for this game, but all I can do is to be wasted by customer service and waiting for emails like kicking a ball On the day of the ban, I also recharged more than 10000 gold coins and season passes in apex. Second, in a normal game, my picture card shows that my game is banned. I don't understand it all day. I just like the normal players of this game I know that the forum administrator and everyone can't help me in my situation. I just tell you my experience. If I can't get my account back, I'll never play apex again

Hey @louise9327 in relation to any ban, you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
