My account was banned wrongly

Since I have been refused to be unblocked many times, I checked the reasons for the last ban in detail, and I asked some people who had the same experience on the forum, and later found that there may be some problems with my game name. I believe that was a huge misunderstanding, I think EA mistook the three K's in my name for the abbreviation of the Ku Klux Klan, but the truth is that I didn't even know the KKK existed before this banned. I believe this is a huge misunderstanding. My favourite German star is Miroslav Klose. He wears the number 11 jersey. KK is the abbreviation of my family and the abbreviation of my father's name too. This is the name of my game. Origin KKKlose11. This is also the name of my Steam platform, which I have been using for many years. I am a person of colour races. It is impossible for me to support or participate in and use the name of an organization with such strong racial discrimination. 

I spent a ton of money on this account and was blocked for such a stupid reason. I was accused of something I didn't do and didn't know the reason until weeks after I was blocked, which is ridiculous. I have been appealing to EAhelp for 4 months and sent 60 emails, but I only get rejection emails from bots. So I came here to ask if there is any other solution.
