My account was banned for a hacking I didn't do

Hello, My account for Apex was banned about 6 months ago while I was taking a hiatus off the game. It goes without saying that I was banned for something I had no control over and I think its ridiculous how hard it is to get a hold of support without making matters public. I'm really hoping to get back onto this game after spending so much money on it, thank you!
