My account is blocked and new cases cannot be created

Today I logged in into Apex Legends from Steam, and found out my account had been disabled for some unknown reason.

 

When I tried to follow this guide to fill a report, at step 4, the " banned or suspended account" doesn't show up.

Instead it redirects meto another page to describe my issue and it creates a loop that gets me nowhere....

 

Need help :l

@washfeetback Hi, can you try this link? Ignore the article mentioned, if you look under additonal options you should have an email creation option.

@washfeetback Hey there, when it comes to account bans sadly there is nothing the forums can do for those concerns other than direct you to the proper channels. What happens when you click to create an email? It should have some pages to go through to fill your details?

I'm having the same problem... when clicking on the link I see:

Whoops! That wasn't supposed to happen.
We are working on the issue and we should be up and running shortly
 

 

I will try again later but as of today this link is broken.

 

I haven't played an EA game for probably 5 years and tried to play it takes two with my wife and it says my account is blocked Wondering
