First sorry for my english,

As many people I am currently banned because my account got hacked. I understand TOS is busy with a lot of request of this type. But if they can check connections ans suspicious plays I can't understand why it takes so much time to give back hacked accounts.

I know it's easy to say that but it seems hackers are a big problem this year and it look like EA doesn't care.

I just want you guys to know that TOS removed my ban. Thanks for their job. You just have to be patient, there are a lot of cases to be investigated. keep your hopes up!

About a month,maybe it would have been less,but I updated my case with a letter so it got back to the end of th list.
