I currently have a case in progress I opened because my coins didn't reset back after I got outbid. I have been waiting for over a month and my case still says "in progress". My case number is 83539566, if there is anyone that can help me with this, I would appreciate it.

To speak with a chat or phone adviser:
Click on your product FIFA 21
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Missing Items
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

Unfortunately there isn't much we can do here on the Forums.
I would recommend reaching out to Support again, and providing them the Case Number that you posted here.

I got outbid around May 28th. Opened my first case May 29th through the EA Help message on twitter. I opened another case today. My case numbers are #83539566 and #85492250. It's been over a month and I still haven't received my coins back
