Movement speed on Xbox

Sometimes after landing, My running seems to be slowed by a rubberband-like effect. It’s caused me getting killed several times, or not being able to help my teammates because I am slowed down by this effect. I play on Xbox, and I haven’t felt it on PC, so idk if it’s just an XBOX thing or not

it happens sometimes to me on pc as well...it always clears up. rest assured when you are experiencing it so are the other players in the server.

Yep, this is lag. For me it feels like my character is running through treacle.

It's because there's no pregame. That lag you're talking about is dealt with in Blackout and PUBG during the pregame period where everyone is in the game and has invulnerability. This game doesn't have one of those, even though it only has 60 players and those games have 100
