Monthly Apexcoins with Origin Access Premier?

Hello Forum!

Today I read a bunch of rules rules and conducts about the Origin Acces and Apexcoins. My question (which I couldn't find an answer to) is, If I subscribed to Origin Access Premier, will I get the 1000 Apexcoins every month or is it just one time only?
