Summarize your bug I've subscribed to the Newsletter a long time ago, but once BFV got released there was a info that you will get an Emblem for subscribing, which I already am, but I didn't receive the Emblem. I saw my friend use it today so I guess it works for some, but not for me. I did contact Support twice, first time I was told to wait, second time got told to write this bug report in hopes of the issue getting resolved.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Subscribe to the Newsletter or already be subscribed before release date of BFV
What happens when the bug occurs? Not having the Emblem.
What should be happening instead? Having the Emblem.

I recently did and got the emblem.
I would recommend to file a report at support for missing item. It should be a bird with a mail letter. https://help.ea.com/in/search/?product=battlefield-v&category=missing-content
