Missing hero pack and coins fc25

Hi iam missing hero pack and 250.000 thousand coins I have ordered the ultimate edition on the 13th September I want this sorted ASAP or I want a full refund.

The Hero pack was an early preorder incentive that ended on August 21st  4pm UTC, and the 250,000 Clubs coins are for the Clubs game mode, not Ultimate Team.

The Hero pack was an early preorder incentive that ended on August 21st  4pm UTC, and the 250,000 Clubs coins are for the Clubs game mode, not Ultimate Team.

@tiamo1222 If you ordered the ultimate edition on 13th September you won't get a hero pack because you had to order by August 21st to qualify for it & the 250,000 coins were Club coins not Ultimate Team coins.

What can I do to get the hero pack I'm missing, I bought the game the 19. this month and have yet to receive it, when I tried asking EA advisors they say they can't don anything and to contact the seller. I bought the game through the EA app on PC.

Still not got my 250k Clubs Coins. I have received EVERYTHING else like my hero pack and stuff on UT and Clubs except the coins? Make it make sense... This company is a joke.

Again, the hero pack was an early preorder incentive that ended on August 21st 4pm UTC. If you preorderd on the 19th of September, then you won't get the hero player.

Hi, I've been playing Fc 25 since September 20th, but I don't understand one thing, how do you get the 250 thousand credits on Ultimate Team?
