I just logged Into my profile today and found both my packs missing and couldn’t find their contents anywhere on my profile. Has this happened to anyone else?
I found the following on the Apex Legends FAQ (it's right at the bottom under "Troubleshooting":
"I’m having trouble with an in-game purchase, what do I do?
For purchases using real-world currency, PC players can check their Origin order history to ensure payment was processed. Similarly, console players can check their Xbox or PlayStation® order history. If you’re still having trouble, please contact EA, Microsoft, or Sony as needed."
