Missing controller? Need more than 4 controllers listed in settings [ Edited ]

The issue is the game not listing more than the first 4 controllers in Windows Game Controllers.

See for yourself:

Hit Win key, type Game Controllers. You'll see the first 4 match with the 4 in game. Many of us have more than 4!

You can unplug and plug into a different slot, or uninstall/reinstall the drivers but these options aren't good as you'd loose your binds in all your games.

Need more then 3 devices for hardware support. Atm i can t use my rudder, its making flying very hard.
