Missing Mass Effect Andromeda Delux Edition Multiplayer Bonus Mission Packs

I bought a hard copy of mass effect andromeda delux edition for Xbox one. I downloaded all of the extras and everything appeared fine. I started immediately with the story line leaving the multiplayer alone except for opening the bonus mission packs. When I went back to the multiplayer for the first time today, April 6, none of the objects from the mission packs can be found. No extra weapons, characters or anything. Is this normal and is there anything that can be done about this?
