Sorry for the inconvenience but there's no fifa point purchasing section in my store now. Like 12hrs ago Kimpembe launched and now its all removed. Should I be worried about it? Like I kinda feel like pack prices are going up here.

Both Kimpembe and Fifa Point tabs not there in the store and its showing me my remaining fifa points when I touch on fifa points' "+" icon from the home.

@pulithizone Very strange - I presume that you have tried the old “clear cache from the in-game settings menu and then force close the app” trick?

In the meantime I will pass it on to those in the know 👍

@BenzG7 Nah - all good for me … seems to be one other on here having the issue, but not widespread that we can tell.

Have you cleared cache, restarted app?

Hi - I have combined these threads so that you are both getting the same information at the same time … I have followed up with EA team, let me know if clearing cache and rebooting app helps.

Also, there have occasionally been some issues with offers in certain counties - can you please let me know which countries you are in.

(oh - and prices haven’t changed for me … the now and later is cheaper, and store points are the same old price)
