Missing Dialogue Maybe ?

I just found these 2 guys on Kadara, and as I approached them, I heard them talking and it definitely looked like a quest start point....but actually nothing happened near them

Hmm, my memory may fail me, but they look like 2 military people you find in the Nexus with a third asari gal. They cause a small 'riot', if you've chosen Scientific Outposts back at Eos. You are entitled to sort the matter out, whilst they are unhappy with their military families never getting out of cryo, and they demand their release immediately or they start making a kerfuffle.

They might have an accessible dialog depending on how you dealt with their matter.

P.S.: that Krogan has a very unusual bizarre animation when rioting, by the way.

Yup, does sound like an extraordinary isolated case. ^_^

Anyway, for those who doesn't know what this is about, it has been called JUST DO IT KROGAN. Mind you it's not his voice, before someone pipes in innocently: "It makes sense!"
