I think i'm getting scammed by EA.
2 days ago, i bought 1,000 Apex coins and didn't receive anything in my account. I have tried to get in touch with them but they don't answer my emails, i also tried chatting with their advisors, but they tell me that my proof of purchase is incorrect, although i sent them the screenshots as requested in this link: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/how-to-provide-proof-of-purchase/
I don't know what to do anymore. It is a shame that a company as big as EA scams it's own player database. I'm attaching proof of my purchase. It's just ridiculous how they can't solve a problem like this regarding their clients' real money.
[Edit] had to remove proof 1 picture, as it contained real name and address which is against AHQ tos rules.

Hey @rodco21 sorry to say but we are not able to assist with issues like this on AHQ.
All we can do is recommend that you take a look here and then speak with our team again: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/how-to-provide-proof-of-purchase/

While you wait for a reply from EA, have a look at the CM advice in the thread below to see if any of it helps:

Hey @rodco21 I can see from your case that you have been speaking with our team and they have provided you all the info.
You need to continue to speak with them as they are the only ones who can assist.
