Minor: Not able to check non-purchased legends abilities on selection screen

This is a minor issue, but easy to fix... I think players should be able to actually see ANY legends abilities, no matter if you own them or not, from the legends selection screen (in fact, you can see them from the 'Legends' menu, so maybe this behavior wasn't intentional).
