Matchmaking balans

Players with a small number of killings (maybe less experienced or less talented) and players with a huge number of killings are selected for the same matches. It is frustrating when in almost every game I am killed by a "pro player" (e.g. a player with 500 killings). It's as if the neighborhood team were to compete with FC Barcelona team.
Do not you think that players with similar number of killings should be selected for the match, so that everyone has a similar chance of winning?
