Why the game is not available in the Saudi Steam store? 

and will it be available in time to per-order or will never be on the Store?

Hey @FIREBIRDQ80 that would mean that the game is not currently available to order where you live.

The best thing to do is to keep an eye on the page as the release draws near.

Hi @EA_Darko , I'm from Kuwait, Middle East and I also still face this issue (My friends here in Kuwait also facing this issue). Also I noticed the game is not showing on Origin as well. I find it strange that not available for both Steam and Origin considering the original trilogy sold separately are available to order while ME Legendary containing all three does not. I contacted Steam support and their final word is that I should contact the publisher to ask more details about the release since these restrictions are set by the publisher directly and not something Steam able to adjust. Also I am not using any VPN while using Steam and Origin.
