Hello, my origin account has the full DLC for ME2 and ME3 purchased on it, but it's not showing up in my in-game files. I attempted to go through origin and have the games installed from that, but Origin doesn't recognize the EA Play subscription I have through GamePass for PC. Is there an ETA on when those DLCs will be viewable on the EA Desktop app or is there a way to access my EA Play through GamePass while in Origin? I would love to play these games in their original iterations before I dive into the Legendary version of them, once that comes out. Thanks in advance for your responses and help!

Hey @littlewolfling21, EA Desktop is currently in beta, as such you may run into issues such as this where certain games or DLC is not showing up as it is not available on EA Desktop yet.
The team are constantly working on adding more features and games.

Have any solutions been found?
I just moved to a new computer and re-installed my three Mass Effect games and their DLC. ME2 is not letting me access my DLC, insisting that I connect with the Cereberus Network first. The message text is as follows: "Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please log into Cerberus Network with the account used to purchase the DLC."
What's going on here?
I have submitted an bug report via the EA Error Reporter with the following text:
"My bonus DLC for Mass Effect 2 is not showing up on my new computer when I launch the ME2 game nor can I log onto the Cereberus Network in order to regain access to the DLC.
A message appears, saying: 'Welcome to Cereberus Network activation. By activating Cereberus Network, you can access the included bonus downloadable content and take advantage of online features. To proceed, you must log in or create an EA Online account. You will also be asked to enter the Cereberus Network code that came with your new copy of Mass Effect 2.'
My problems (so far) are two:
1. I'm unable to log into the Cereberus Network or my EA Online account through the ME2 interface (despite being online and able to open the EA Launcher). When I then ask to have my password emailed to me, I get the following message: "Communication with the Mass Effect 2 server was interrupted or has timed out. Please try again later."
2. What Cereberus Network code? I got the three ME games and DLC from Origin/ea.com (order number [number left out because this is a public forum]), but there was no Cerberus Network code with the confirmation email.
I want to regain access to my DLC, please!"
I really want to continue playing ME2 and the rest of the trilogy, but my DLC should be part of the experience too!
E.T.A.:
It appears that one of the solutions offered in another thread (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Other-Mass-Effect-Games/Old-Report-Mass-Effect-2-Missing-Add-Ons/td-p/1253...) has fixed the problem.
New name, new look, same great benefits: EA Access and Origin Access are now EA Play.
