It is assumed that only appears to the CPU, and that its existence is known because when you face it, at times you can get this card thanks to cards like Cell Phone Zombie (it's glitch).

The truth is that it is what I have read, but I have never seen that card in my games in mi life, so I do not attest that it is true.

that card does exist, but for AI only. It's there specifically to allow "luck" for the player to eventually beat the AI opponent
