Lost my apex crate

I went to open a apex crate, just as the crate dropped down on the screen and was going to open I got pooled into a match. After the match I saw I had no packs remaining, checked the armoury and had no new skins or anything unlocked. Am I able to get the pack back? Tried to post in the bug support page but it ask question not relate-able to this issue.

I had the exact same issue as you. After the match, I couldnt find my new drops.

This has happened to me 36 times! I want 36 crates!!! Lol

Me to. Just as it opens, bam, match made.

I've stopped opening crates while waiting for matches. I've lost only x2 crates like this and I'll be trying to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Hope they can fix this though.

I haven't had this happen to me but I'm not going to take the chance and only open boxes when I have "Not Ready" showing
