Hey, when I went on to play ea fc 25 becaause I finally got 400K I could enjoy but when I went on I lost my Money, I think maybe my friend logged into my account to then open packs im really sad that this happened and hope I can get the money back, its important for me to get the money back for me to actually upgrade my team and enjoy the game. And if you guys say it’s not possible you lie, because there is always a way when you work at EA to refund money. So please I beg to please fix this problem and hope it goes the right way, Thank you!

If your friend logged into your account and spent your coins, that's not something we can compensate for. The security of your account is up to you. I recommend locking down your account better so others can't access it without your knowledge.

Why can’t you just give me the money back, how difficult is it to just give the 400k back it takes like one second for u guys. I actually enjoy the game and when I lost the money I had saved up I get pretty mad that I didn’t get compensation.

You're saying that your friend spent your coins. That is not a fault of the game. That happened due to you giving them access. Account sharing is against the Terms of Service. We do not compensate for this.
