Loss of AP

I was getting 70+ ap in silver lobbies and now im getting less than 20! I don't know why this happened maybe it's because I left 1 game because my squadmates left and I got my AP penalized? Someone help me out.

Hey, it appears there's some confusion around this.

Your AP earned will tend to decrease as you level up and as your Arenas rank approaches your hidden MMR rating.
