Two rounds with two reps answering a trouble ticket for a small problem, and all I got was lectures as if I were a child or new to the game, and blame placed on me. I clearly recognized that it was a one-time glitch and asked for small compensation, not miracle fixes, but it's my problem, they say, we won't do anything for you. I have a small team but we've paid plenty over the years. If this is the level of care EA games has for customers, we're gone. I've worked in customer service for years so I know awful service when I see it.

Thanks but as my OP indicates, I already did that. But no one there cares. Thought you might like to know they are losing you customers (4 customers lost on one ticket!). I'm not expecting my comment here to result in any more help for me.
