My guess is that GM1 strong holds enemies throughout a run have a 15% to drop a legendary item with Scar having a higher odds do to having more legendary enemies that may drop the legendary loot. That is what I got out your data. 

 

What I'm curious about is how GM2 stacks up to GM1? Does GM2 offer a 30% or does it offer only say 20%? If GM2 ends up being amost identical to what you say in GM1 than why bother running GM2 or GM3 if GM1 provides similar drops.

the people doing these 100 run tests constantly are just paying to help EA test out their new system. EA never backed this game to be an amazing shooter, they backed it to test for the future pay to win games they release. hope you guys are still enjoying the game but you are just little lab rats getting played by a billion dollar company.

As for the data, 100 runs is a poor amount of data and as someone else pointed out other drops were not logged. To get any where near accurate you would need to log all drops, from what, closer to 1000. When its just raw RNG people can get rains of legendaries or weeks without a single one without bugs having anything to do with it.
