Loading Problems

When I went to sign into Origin yeasterday it took it 4 minutes to load then another 4 or 5 minutes to load Origin's main page This is weird to me as it was working fine on Tuesday. Before I forget I use a laptop, if this makes any difference.

 

If someone could explain this to me and are able  to help me I would be grateful.  I hope to fix this problem as I don't want games that I am not able to play on my laptop start downloading. Which I usually can stop.

Hey, @Sakura1979!

Try clearing the cache to see if that helps make it load it faster for you. Deleting Origin from your PC and re-downloading the latest version from our site can help too. 

If that doesn't do the trick, please include a DxDiag for us so we can look at your system specs. When you load up Origin, press CTRL + ALT + DELETE to pull up the task manager. Do you have a lot of high CPU usage or other programs running in the background that could be taking up a lot of memory?

I will try that out Saturday and ask my aunt to help me out. I did try deleting and reloading origin, sadly that

didn't work.

 

The second part about background I will have my aunt check that out as I am not that knowledgeable about these things. Even though I have had laptops and a shared computer for years.
