Linking ps4 to pc account?

Is it possible to link my PS4 and PC account together to continue from where I left off on either device (similar to fortnite)?

im currently planning on switching over to pc from ps4 and I hav put some money into the game and would like to keep all my items. is that possible?

Sorry to say @somtingwong602 and @satvikr3ddy but in-game progress and content us bit cross-platform and as such you will not be able to continue your game on different platforms.

Never. They want you to buy new skins. Allowing you to move your stuff over means they would lose money. EA sports... its in the money.
