Level 20 Assault Weapon

After reaching level 20 in assault I cannot equip the level 20 unlock.  It still shows locked and will be available next round.  I have play multiple rounds since then and still nothing.

Hey! I had the same problem you encountered, the only known way to actually fix this as of now is to contact EA support by using the following link:

Please play a full round and check your armory after that round, the item should be unlocked.

i saw someone mentiong to play a full round, might work but nothing i can confirm to be 100% true

So I haven’t gotten a class to level 20.. but I got the scout class to level 13. I wanna equip the krag and it won’t let me. I tried playing a full match. Tried closing the game out.. any ideas?
