Do something about leavers, sick off ppl leaving cuz they cant get the character they want,, or they die and cant wait for a ress.

Give ppl 30 min Cooldown for leaving or something.

How is that gonna help when he dont get the character he wants?

Maybe communicate with your team what characters to pick.

Maybe support them instead of letting them die in the first place.

When I die it's usually because I had to dive in an support the 2 duos who than retreat and leave me to my faith.

Which will make me abandon the match and look a for a new one.

best off waiting for 2 man squad or solo mode then because i get the same jump in as 3 then people D.C or leave also never talk and  go off by themselves most of the time

I think the easiest way to avoid that is to get a squad to play with

The community is quite new ranging from lvl 1-100, you might find someone you can play with

So to the guys that blame the op, in multiple matches i carried randoms that are 10 lvl or sometimes bigger lvls. And the first second they get downed they leave. Or in character selection im taking mirage with whom i got 445 kills and so many wins and a 12 lvl cries because i chose him. It happened to me a lot of times others to pick up my main. And i dont leave i can choose every other char to play and who cares. So lets get to the point only new players and streamers leave when something changes their "win plan"
