Lag on all Apex servers for days

I have been playing Apex for ages now and at the beginning of lockdown it was fine until a couple weeks where now all the servers are above 150 ping and I try to go on at the quieter time of the day and now i havent been able to play for days, is this just the influx of players as my wifi is crisp with other games
