Lag Switching? Cheating? What is this? [ Edited ]

Okay, check this video out. I hit this dude for 16, blue shield. He immediately looks like he starts lagging.  Hit him again for 60, his shield breaks. Hit him again for 72 red text (unshielded) he stops "lagging" hit him again for 32 but he is shielded again out of divine intervention?

@Ellementz no its fine that 32 hit was actualy hit on other guy behind him , but yeah its laggy

I really enjoy this game (not always)  

But it needs alot of work. map feels to condensed , u kill one squad and 3 others magically appear 

And im really glad i didnt pay for this game or invest a penny in it cuase theres a crapload of hackers.

On avg people have about 100 kills now , and then i play matches with people that 600-1600 kills???  noty normal

RNG_Dizzy has 5550+ kills already , which is 20kills a hour if he played nonstop since launch

EAC (Easy Anti Cheat) is EASY to bypass, Cheating in Rust has proven this hands-down

but at least they "Apex" has something, I would have went with BattleEye but.. who am I.
