Knockdown Shield Permanent Slow

So when your knockdown shield is depleted, it becomes stuck on the "held up" position.

This leaves you unshielded, and substantially slowed. With a sniper in the area, this means you often cannot get behind a nearby rock, or building corner in time.

I have gotten boxed like this many times, and figured I'd make a thread on the forum to bring this issue to attention.
