I've payed for EA play over 3 times in different time spans. I've never gotten any subscription at all which it still charged me. Submitted a support form twice, nothing. Don't buy the subscription.

Hey @MondgottStation on what platform are you paying to be a member? I tested it there on Origin and was able to get it working without issue.
If on Origin or the EA App then for issues such as this you can speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.

To speak with a chat or phone adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
