I just got banned as well for no reason after I just spent 150$ over the last 2 weeks on this game.... 150$$$$$$ EA is ridiculous all these actual hackers on the game and normal people get punished for it !!!!!!

EA help is really s*it, i got hacked 6 months ago, contacted ea help 3 times to wait 2 months for seeing my case closed without doing anything. Fun to spend hundreds on games, get hacked and banned from a game i have never even played.

Same issue, played 6 hours put the game down, hadn't played in months, during that down time i received an email I i was banned for cheating. Right around the same time you were. Funny thing is I left warzone because of cheaters and then get banned on a game i wasn't even playing.

 

Changed all my passwords as well and added two step authorization, still haven't heard back.

Hey @EA_Darko  I was hacked while I was on vacation I think trough a data breach and banned. Does that qualify me to get my account unbanned since I didn't share my account or cheat. Or will I not get my account unbanned because someone other then myself logged in to my account . I would like to know because I just hit diamond and I had two heirlooms.

Hey @farthound,

 

It looks like a reply was sent out via email a few days ago, so it may be worth checking any junk/spam/trash folders to see if that was missed. It looks like in your case the ban was already removed and you just need to reset your password one last time to regain access to the account: 

https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword 

 

If you're still unable to log in after that point, please reach back out to an advisor and they should be able to get this straightened out.

I do see you've already submitted a case within the past day, so you'll just need to wait for our Terms of Service team to investigate that appeal for you. That's not something we're able to determine on the forums I'm afraid, so keeping an eye on your email will be the best bet.

How is it that we cant contact the TOS team directly apart from through a broken online application.

 

EA is about to release another game and one being an EA customer for over 20 years and recently receiving a ban for supposed

cheating without any info other than I was banned.

 

Ending peoples access to a game without any reason or info on the investigation is bordering on Fraud.

 

Defrauding or ending customers access to purchased products is unethical without any explanation.

 

I hate to see the backlash come 2042 just like bfv where real hackers are able to blatantly cheat and get away with it when players

who are legitimate dont even get to make a case.

 

Really disappointing.
