Just a question I am trying to understand,I was trying to figure this out last night as well as this am.
"You don't have any games that qualify for a refund right now",as of November 18th in the am.
It was there last night on November 17th and I really wanted to think about when I went to bed,made my decision and got up this am and,,,,"You don't have any games that qualify for a refund right now".
Refund policy for PC and Mac downloads
You may return EA full game downloads (PC or Mac) and participating third party titles purchased on Origin for a full refund.
Send us refund requests within the following timeframes:
Within 24 hours after you first launch the game
Within 7 days from your date of purchase
Within 7 days from the game’s release date if you pre-ordered
If you buy a new EA game within the first 30 days of its release date and can’t play it due to technical reasons within EA’s control, you can request a refund within 72 hours after you first launch the game instead of 24.
PC Pre Order date : 09/12/17
Release date : 11/14/17
PC launch date:November 14th,72 hours later,November 17th,7 days later November 21st.
I guess I missed it by just that much of the shorter time frame?
The game was digital downloaded to PC.
Under the refund policy for the PC download?
