Is there a public banned list?

I know there have been cheaters and a lot of bans have already happened, but is there a way you can look up someone that was reported and check the status if they are banned or not?

Not wanting to name cheaters.  Many games have info you can look up to see if players have been banned or not.  Was just curious.  So thats what I thought.
