Is there a plan for private server and rank mode ?

Right now there are jokes of tournaments for apex featuring so called "pro teams" vs each other. 

those tournaments are basically a kill fest and who can win more games in matter of few games played. 

i cannot believe they trying to make this game competitive while there isnt a platform to test who are the best players

are the Dev plan to add someone kind of rank mode ? 

does the dev going to add private servers so those so we can see those so called pro teams playing each other and testing their skills. 

it is funny when I see them go and slaughter Randoms that might only playing their 1st day or maybe their 10 game.

I don't care about pro players, but ranked mode/skill-based match making is a must. This game is by far the most enjoyable when you are playing with and against players who has a similar skill-level.
